Madison Family Clinic is operating with normal business hours Monday through Friday 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

We know the Coronavirus (COVID-19) has caused panic in many, but if you are sick you must be seen in person by a medical provider. We cannot call in antibiotics. Again, if you think you are sick enough for antibiotics, you need to be seen by a medical provider.

Keeping you and our staff safe is a top priority. We are doing preventative measures to maintain a clean, healthy environment in our clinic. We are confident that we are taking the appropriate steps to keep our clinic safe for patients and staff.

We will always put patients and staff first, and that commitment has never been more important. In order to alleviate some stress, if you are concerned with coming into the waiting room you can call us at 859-626-7794 when you arrive, we will come to your car and bring protective wear such as mask, gloves, etc. You will be promptly taken to a clean sanitized exam room. All medical staff will also be in protective attire for your safety and their own.

Please arrive 15 minutes before your appointment. If you can’t make your appointment call us as early as possible at 859-626-7794. We do have same day appointment on a first come first serve basis.
Bring your insurance cards and identification.
Please pay your copayments and deductibles at time of service.

We accept Medicaid and Medicare, private and commercial insurance. For quality care close to home, rely on the family services at Madison Family Clinic.
